Prashant is the founder of TechInventio. As the Managing Director and CEO of the company Prashant is involved in defining the entire strategy for the company. His leadership, team building skills, vision and passion for customer success drive the growth of TechInventio. He heads entire operations of TechInventio and overseas business development activities and works towards the vision of Transforming & Scaling Global End-User Businesses to the next level.
He brings with him over a decade of rich experience in Business Management, Business Development and Strategy, Partner/Vendor Development and heading Operations and Administration. He has worked with companies like Pentasoft Technologies Ltd, RelQ Software Pvt Ltd. (An HP Company), and worked for two Software Startups viz. SourceEdge Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Software/Product Development company where he was heading their Technology Consulting Business and iFocus Systec (India) Pvt Ltd. an End-To-End Verification, Validation and Software Testing company where he was managing their entire business operations before founding TechInventio.
Prashant is a Bachelor Of Commerce from the University Of Mumbai, a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds a Post Graduation Degree from the Narsee Monjee Institute Of Management Studies with specialization in Business Management.

Pradyumna is inclined to carry out inventions and trails from a very young age
from his schooling days. He always looks forward for inventions which lead to
innovation, change management and challenges which is corner stone for his Vision.
Having been inspired by great people who have been role models for their valuable
contribution to this world with their Vision, End to end project delivery execution
capabilities, personal skills, overall value chain, collaboration etc these are the
people who have made difference to the society with their social obligation and to the
World. These inspirations which converted into dreams made him to start his own entrepreneurship venture.
Having worked with various SME and MNC Software companies for over 8 Years where
he got the opportunity to develop State of the Art Software Products and Solutions
using the latest available Technologies and getting exposed to the Software Development
Life Cycle at a very young age, since than he has been working with a wide variety of Clients
across the world for providing them innovative solution with dedication and trust to transform their business.
He has been extensively working to provide innovative solution to clients on
Services Oriented Architecture across verticals, which will drive clients to
grow their business with great value. At TechInventio, Pradyumna heads the
Technical Portfolio to bring Innovation and New Initiatives which continuously
drives to transform and grow the business for both clients and TechInventio with
high standard of personal responsibility, trust and dedication which ensures success to our clients business.
Prafulla Kumar
Head-Operations and Service delivery
Prafulla Kumar heads TechInventio’s Operations and Service Delivery aspects ensuring strong process orientation across the organization.
Prafulla Kumar brings with him rich experience of both government and private
sector industries. He has over 15 years of experience across different industries
viz. Defense, Aero Space, MNC software companies and Precision Manufacturing in
the fields of IT Delivery, IT Infrastructure Design, IT Management, IT Planning and
Consulting, IT Implementation, Research and Development, Discrete Manufacturing, Mass
Production and Design. He has worked with DRDO as a Scientist and Group In charge, NAL as
Research Fellow, as an engineer with Bifora Watches, as a Manager - Information Services and
Technology at Novell Software India Pvt Ltd wherein he was handling a team of 25 people and as a
Sr. Test Manager at iFocus Systec Pvt Ltd, a software testing company.He also brings with him a
strong background of People Management, Training and utilization of skilled resources. Has handled
large scale IT Solution deployment and IT migration projects. Has thorough experience of
Back end support and Business Process Reengineering. He also has rich experience
in process implementation in IT Management Areas and Industrial Engineering
Prafulla is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Govt. B.D.T. College of Engineering,
Davangere, University of Mysore, with First Class. He is also a Certified Test Manager
and he is also certified with an ITIL fellow certification and certified
“Information Security Management Systems Auditor/ BS7799-2 Lead Auditors Training Course”. Conducted by BVQI.
